Negative: We couldn't find a way to turn off heater. It seemed to be on but ?? My son had some ice from fridge and was very sick after. There apparently was a note in the book of notes, Much better to put it on fridge so people can see it immediately. The ice could have ben there for ages. No indication of its source I didnt like the way they said we could be charged $400 for cleaning. We didn't know if what we cleaned was up to scratch. As a result we always ate out. Only made coffee there with own coffee.
